Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elmar Creative Studio (“Elmar,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit this website. We keep things simple: this is a marketing site, and we do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies, and we do not sell your information.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or message us on social media, we receive what you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records routine technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the site. We do not use this to build profiles of visitors.
- No cookies or trackers. This site does not set cookies and does not load analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so your visit is not shared with any font provider.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiries and to provide our services. We use server logs to operate, maintain, and secure the website.
How we share information
We do not sell or “share” your personal information (as those terms are defined under California law). We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site — for example, our web host — who process data only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your California privacy rights
Depending on applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, where it applies to us), California residents may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or correct it, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at frimmariel@gmail.com. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information.
“Do Not Track” signals
Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals — there is no cross-site tracking to disable.
Children
This site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
External links
This site links to external services (such as our Instagram and email). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
