Social media packages in Los Angeles

Three ways we shoot: on the latest iPhone, on professional cinema cameras, or from the air. The team and the account management stay the same. Only the camera changes.

What stays the same in all three

The camera is the only thing that changes between packages. Every plan includes the same work around it, because that work is what actually moves an account:

Native: the iPhone package

Shot on iPhone Pro

The kit. The latest iPhone Pro, a three-axis gimbal, a compact LED panel, and wireless lavalier microphones. Everything is shot in the highest quality capture mode the phone offers and graded afterwards, which is a different thing from filming on a phone and posting it raw.

Why it works. Content shot this way reads as native to the feed, and native content outperforms polished advertising on Instagram and TikTok most of the time. It is also fast. A small kit means we move quickly through a business, get more setups per day, and turn edits around within days rather than weeks. If you need to post four or five times a week, this is the package that makes that realiztic.

What you give up. Depth of field, low-light performance, and the controlled look that a full sensor and prime lenses give you. In a dim room or a space that has to look expensive, the phone shows its limits.

Best for restaurants and cafes, salons, barbers, gyms and fitness studios, retail, and any business whose account lives on volume and personality.

Studio: the professional camera package

Shot on full-frame cinema cameras

The kit. A full-frame cinema camera, prime lenses, a proper lighting kit, and dedicated audio recorded separately from the camera. Color is handled in the grade rather than by a preset, which is why the results look consistent across a year of posts instead of drifting month to month.

Why it works. Some businesses cannot afford to look casual. A med spa charging four figures for a treatment, a law firm being vetted by someone about to hand over a serious problem, a brand film that has to survive being played on a wall at an event. Shallow depth of field, controlled light, and clean sound do a specific job: they make the price make sense before anyone has to defend it.

What it costs you. Time. A camera package is slower to set up and slower to cut, so a shooting day produces fewer finished pieces than the Native package does. Most clients who choose Studio pair it with a lighter cadence of higher value posts, or mix in Native days for volume.

Best for med spas and aesthetic practices, dental and orthodontic practices, law firms and professional services, hotels, and brand films.

Aerial: the drone package

Full camera package plus drone

The kit. Everything in Studio, plus drone coverage for the shots no handheld angle can produce: the establishing shot, the reveal over a roofline, the run of a coastline behind a venue, the true scale of a site.

Airspace, handled properly. Large parts of Los Angeles sit inside controlled airspace. LAX, Burbank, Santa Monica, Van Nuys, Hawthorne, and Long Beach all generate controlled zones, and a lot of the Westside and the Valley falls under one of them. We check the airspace class for your exact address and request authorization before the shoot date, not on the morning of it. Where a location cannot be flown at all, we tell you that when you book rather than after you have paid for a shooting day.

Best for real estate listings and agent brand content, construction and development progress, venues and hotels, nightclubs and event spaces, weddings, and large private parties.

Packages are quoted per business. The number depends on the camera package, how many platforms you run, and how much content you need each month.

Most clients mix them

The packages are not tiers you graduate through. They are tools, and the useful pattern is usually a blend: Native days for the weekly rhythm that keeps an account alive, then a Studio day when there is a new menu, a new treatment, a rebrand, or a film worth making properly, and an Aerial day when a property, a site, or a venue needs to be seen whole.

We will tell you which one your business actually needs, including when that answer is the cheapest one. A restaurant that needs five posts a week is badly served by a cinema camera, and a law firm posting twice a month is badly served by a phone.

Where we shoot

Shooting days happen at your business, across Los Angeles County. Traffic is a real constraint here, so we plan call times and routes around it and group shoots by region where we can. Roughly within an hour of Downtown there is no travel surcharge.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the three packages?

Only the camera and what it can do. Native is filmed on the latest iPhone Pro with a gimbal, an LED panel, and wireless lav mics. Studio is filmed on a full-frame cinema camera with prime lenses, a lighting kit, and dedicated audio. Aerial is the Studio package plus drone coverage. Strategy, editing, posting, community management, and reporting are identical in all three.

Which package should I pick?

If you need volume and speed, pick Native. If your content has to justify a premium price, pick Studio. If a property, a site, or a venue has to be seen from the air, pick Aerial. Most clients run Native as the monthly baseline and book Studio or Aerial when there is something specific worth shooting properly.

How much do the packages cost?

We quote per business rather than publishing a rate card, because the price depends on the camera package, how many platforms you run, and how much content you need each month. Tell us what you need and you get a written quote, usually within one business day. Our guide to Los Angeles market rates explains what drives the number.

Is iPhone content actually good enough?

For most businesses, yes, and often better. Content that looks native to Instagram and TikTok outperforms polished advertising on those platforms. The iPhone Pro shoots in a professional capture mode that we grade afterwards, so it is not the same as filming on a phone and posting it raw. Where the phone genuinely falls short is low light, deep interiors, and the shallow controlled look that a premium brand needs.

Do you fly a drone legally in Los Angeles?

Yes. Much of the city sits inside controlled airspace around LAX, Burbank, Santa Monica, Van Nuys, Hawthorne, and Long Beach. We check the airspace class for your address and request authorization ahead of the shoot date. If a location cannot be flown, we tell you before you book rather than after.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes, month to month. Plans start with a three-month minimum because social media results compound, then continue month to month with 30 days notice. Changing camera package inside that is normal and does not restart anything.

Do I own the footage?

Yes. You get the finished edits and you keep the rights to use them anywhere. Raw files can be handed over on request.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us your industry, your platforms, and roughly how often you want to post. We will recommend a package and send a written quote, usually within one business day.
