Social media for construction companies in Los Angeles
Your work speaks for itself, on the job site. We make it speak online, where your next client and your next hire are already looking.
Your best marketing is already on the job site
Every project you build is proof of quality that no ad can fake: the transformation, the craft, the machinery, the crew that shows up. Most contractors never capture it, so their online presence says nothing while their competitors’ says plenty.
We document your work professionally and turn it into a presence that wins bids, reassures homeowners, and attracts skilled workers.
What we do for contractors
- Monthly job-site content day Coordinated with your foreman and safety rules. Progress, crew, equipment, details: one visit, a month of content.
- Project showcases Before-and-after transformations and time-lapse edits that prove your quality to clients and GCs.
- Recruiting content Crew spotlights and day-on-the-job reels that bring skilled applicants to you in a tight labor market.
- Full account management Posting, captions, comments, and inquiries handled. You build; we handle the feed.
- Local visibility Content aimed at the neighborhoods and project types you want more of.
- Monthly reporting Clear numbers on reach, followers, and the inquiries that came through social.
We publish a page for each neighborhood we shoot in most: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Studio City, Pasadena, Culver City. See every area.
Built for the trades
General contractors, remodelers, ADU builders, roofers, pool builders, landscapers, and specialty trades across Los Angeles. If your pipeline depends on trust before the first call, this is for you.
Job sites we shoot across Los Angeles
Homeowners and developers vet contractors visually before they ever call. A feed of finished work, live progress, and the crew doing careful things well is the fastest way to answer the question every prospect is actually asking, which is whether you can be trusted in their home.
Westside and coastal. Santa Monica, Venice, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and Manhattan Beach. Remodels, ADUs, and coastal builds with demanding clients and permit complexity worth documenting.
Hills and Beverly Hills. Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the Hollywood Hills. Hillside construction, structural work, and high-end finishes where the technical difficulty is itself the content.
Eastside. Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Highland Park, and Downtown. Older housing stock, renovation and restoration work, and the before-and-after transformations that consistently outperform everything else.
Valley and north. Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Burbank, Pasadena, and Glendale. Additions, kitchen and bath remodels, and ADU work for homeowners who search by neighborhood and call the contractor whose work they have already seen.

Why progress content outperforms finished photos
Most contractors post only finished work, which is the least persuasive content they have. A finished kitchen looks like every other finished kitchen. What differentiates you is the part nobody else shows: the framing that had to be corrected, the waterproofing detail done properly, the reason a wall could not simply come out.
That content does two things at once. It proves competence to homeowners who cannot otherwise judge quality, and it pre-qualifies the leads you want by making clear that you do careful work at a real price. Contractors who post process consistently report fewer tyre-kicker calls, not more.
We shoot on site around your schedule, with safety and access handled up front, and we plan around the stages worth capturing rather than showing up randomly. One monthly visit across active jobs produces enough for a full calendar, including the before-and-after sequences that carry the most weight.
Why construction needs the drone package
Construction is the clearest case on this site for the Aerial package. A site is a three-dimensional object and no handheld angle conveys it. A slab pour, a framing week, a roof going on, or a multi-lot development only reads as progress from above, and the same aerial position shot month after month gives you a time-lapse of the whole build that becomes the single best piece of marketing you will own.
Los Angeles airspace makes this less simple than it sounds. Sites near LAX, Burbank, Van Nuys, Santa Monica, Hawthorne, and Long Beach sit inside controlled airspace, and a lot of the Westside and the Valley falls under one of them. We check the class for your site address and request authorization before the shoot date. If a site cannot be flown, you hear that when you book, not on the morning we turn up.
Ground coverage still matters and usually runs on the Native iPhone package, because a small kit moves around an active site safely and quickly. The pattern most builders settle on is Native for weekly progress and crew content, with an Aerial day at each real milestone.
Frequently asked questions
Where do you film job sites?
Across LA County: the Westside and coastal areas, Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills, the Eastside from Silver Lake through Highland Park and Downtown, and the Valley, Pasadena, and Glendale. Roughly an hour from Downtown is our standard service area.
How do you handle site safety and client privacy?
We follow your site rules, wear required PPE, and coordinate access with your foreman before arriving. Nothing identifying a client or their property goes out without your approval, and we can shoot to keep addresses and interiors unidentifiable when a homeowner prefers that.
Why should a construction company be on social media?
Homeowners, developers, and GCs check you online before they call. Documented projects prove quality better than any brochure, and a strong feed also pulls in skilled workers.
We’re on job sites all day. How does filming work?
We come to you. One monthly job-site day, coordinated with your foreman and safety requirements. Your crew barely notices we’re there.
What content actually works for contractors?
Before-and-afters, time-lapse progress, satisfying process clips, crew spotlights, and straight answers to client questions.
