Social media for real estate agents in Los Angeles

Sellers check your Instagram before they interview you. We make your presence the reason they call.

Your feed is your listing presentation

In Los Angeles, an agent’s social presence is proof of marketing ability. A seller choosing between two agents will pick the one whose content makes homes look irresistible, because that is exactly what they want done for theirs.

We build that proof: a personal brand that stays visible to your sphere and listing content that wins the next one.

What we do for agents

We publish a page for each neighborhood we shoot in most: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Studio City, Pasadena, Culver City. See every area.

Built for agents and teams

Solo agents, teams, and boutique brokerages across Los Angeles, from first-time neighborhoods to the luxury market. If listings are won on presentation, this is part of yours.

Markets we cover across Los Angeles

Real estate is the most neighborhood-dependent business we work with. Sellers hire agents who visibly own their farm area, and buyers follow agents who make them feel like an insider. Content that names streets, schools, and local specifics does both jobs at once.

Westside. Santa Monica, Venice, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and Marina del Rey. High price points where listing quality is assumed, so the differentiator is the agent's personal brand and their read on the market.

Beverly Hills and the Hills. Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the Hollywood Hills. Architecturally driven inventory where the property carries the reel and the agent carries the follow-up.

Eastside. Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Highland Park, and Downtown LA. Character homes and a design-literate buyer pool who respond to architecture, history, and neighborhood texture more than to square footage.

Valley, Pasadena, and Glendale. Family-driven markets where school districts, commute times, and long-term neighborhood knowledge win listings, and where a consistent local presence compounds over years.

Personal brand beats listing feed

The most common mistake in real estate social media is treating the account as a listing feed. Listings expire, and an account made only of listings gives nobody a reason to follow you between transactions. Most people buy or sell once every seven to ten years, so your feed has to stay interesting through the years they are not transacting.

What works is a mix: neighborhood knowledge that is genuinely useful, honest market commentary, the parts of the process clients find confusing, and enough of you that people feel they already know you before the first call. Listing content still runs, but as evidence rather than as the whole product.

We build that around a monthly shooting day: a walkthrough or two, a block of personal-brand and market content, and vertical cutdowns sized for reels, stories, and the portals. It is the same production rhythm as our other clients, tuned to a business where the phone call is the conversion.

Why listings want the drone package

Aerials do two things a walkthrough cannot: they show the lot and they show the location. A flat pad, a canyon position, a rooftop deck, proximity to a beach or a ridge line, the size of a yard relative to its neighbors. Buyers are answering questions from the air that no interior shot addresses, which is why the Aerial package is the default for listing work.

Airspace has to be cleared first. Much of the Westside and the Valley sits inside controlled airspace around LAX, Santa Monica, Van Nuys, and Burbank, and some HOAs and municipalities add their own restrictions on top. We check the property address before the shoot date and tell you honestly if it cannot be flown.

For your personal brand content, the Native iPhone package usually does better work. Market commentary and neighborhood pieces are more convincing when they look like you talking rather than like a commercial, and the volume you need for a consistent presence is much easier to sustain on a phone.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover my farm area?

Most likely. We shoot across the Westside (Santa Monica, Venice, Brentwood, Palisades), Beverly Hills and the Hills, the Eastside (Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Highland Park, Downtown), the Valley (Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Burbank), and Pasadena and Glendale.

Do you shoot individual listings or ongoing content?

Both, though ongoing personal-brand content is what actually wins listings. Listing shoots can be added as they come up, and most clients run a monthly shooting day that covers both in one session.

Why do LA agents need a personal brand on social?

Sellers vet your Instagram before the interview; a strong presence is proof you can market their home, and it keeps your sphere warm between deals.

Is this just listing videos?

No. Listings are one pillar. Winning accounts mix listing reels with neighborhood expertise, market explainers, and personality. People hire the agent, not the property.

How much of my time does this take?

About half a day a month for the shooting session. We handle everything else: planning, editing, posting, and community.
