Social media for med spas & spas in Los Angeles

Patients pick an injector from a feed. We make yours the one that looks like a real place with real practitioners, and we keep it inside the rules.

Aesthetics is the most competitive feed in the city

Los Angeles has more injectors, more laser suites, and more skin clinics per square mile than anywhere in the country, and almost all of them are on Instagram. Your prospective patient is not comparing you to nothing. They are comparing you to a dozen accounts they already follow, several of which post daily.

What separates the accounts that book from the accounts that just exist is not budget. It is that the booking accounts look like a real place with real practitioners, they explain treatments in a way that lowers anxiety, and they post often enough that someone deciding this month actually sees them.

What we do for med spas and spas

We publish a page for each neighborhood we shoot in most: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Studio City, Pasadena, Culver City. See every area.

Content that gets restricted, and content that does not

Aesthetic accounts get throttled more than most, and usually for avoidable reasons. Explicit before-and-after framing, needle close-ups, blood, claim language that promises a result, and anything that reads as a medical guarantee all carry risk on Instagram and TikTok. Losing reach is bad; losing an account with eleven thousand followers is worse.

We write and shoot around it. Treatments are shown in context rather than in clinical close-up, results are described in terms of what a patient experienced rather than what you promise, and consent is documented before anything featuring a patient is filmed. It is a slightly narrower creative space and it is a much more durable one.

It also means a full content calendar is achievable with zero patient appearances, which matters for the practices whose clientele will never agree to be posted. The space, the technology, the practitioners, the process, and honest answers to the questions people type into Google will carry an account on their own.

Day spas, wellness, and skin

Not everything in this category is medical. Day spas, facial bars, massage studios, saunas and cold plunge, IV and wellness lounges, and skin clinics all run on a different content logic: atmosphere, texture, and the feeling of an hour off. That content is warmer, slower, and much less constrained, and it does very well on the Native iPhone package because volume matters more than gloss.

Medical aesthetics generally wants the Studio package instead. When a treatment costs four figures, the content has to look like it belongs to a place that charges that.

Where we shoot across Los Angeles

Aesthetic patients search by neighborhood and rarely travel far for a recurring treatment, so content that visibly belongs to your area does real work.

Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the Westside. The highest concentration of injectables, lasers, and surgical-adjacent aesthetics in the county, and the highest production expectations with it. Santa Monica and Brentwood skew toward skin health and longevity; Beverly Hills skews toward results.

The Valley. Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, and Burbank hold a dense band of med spas competing for the same local searches. Practitioner-led content separates you faster here than anything else, because the treatments on offer are largely identical up and down Ventura Boulevard.

Eastside and Downtown. Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, and DTLA lean younger, skin-first, and heavily Instagram-vetted. A living feed matters more than a polished website in this market.

Pasadena, Glendale, and the South Bay. Longer patient relationships and more education-led content, where trust compounds over a year rather than converting off one reel.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with med spas outside central LA?

Yes. We shoot regularly in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Brentwood on the Westside, in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, and Burbank in the Valley, on the Eastside in Silver Lake and Los Feliz, and in Pasadena, Glendale, and the South Bay. Anywhere within about an hour of Downtown LA is our standard service area with no travel surcharge.

How do you handle patient consent and before-and-after content?

Nothing featuring a patient is filmed or posted without written consent, every time, and consent is specific about where the content can appear. Before-and-after images are shot with consistent lighting and angles so the comparison is honest, and captions describe what happened rather than promise what will happen. We can also build a full content calendar with zero patient appearances if your clientele will not be posted.

Will our content get restricted by Instagram?

Aesthetic accounts carry more risk than most, and usually for avoidable reasons: explicit before-and-after framing, needle close-ups, blood, and claim language that promises results. We shoot and write around those, showing treatments in context and describing outcomes in patient experience terms. It is a narrower creative space and a far more durable one.

Which package suits a med spa?

Medical aesthetics usually wants the Studio package, filmed on a full-frame cinema camera with a proper lighting kit, because the content has to look like it belongs to a place charging four figures for a treatment. Day spas, facial bars, and wellness studios often do better on the Native iPhone package, where volume and atmosphere matter more than gloss.

Can you film without disrupting treatments?

Yes. One monthly session planned around your schedule, usually during an admin block or a deliberately quiet window, produces a full month of content. We work around your rooms rather than through them.

What do you report on?

Reach, saves, follows, and profile actions, plus the consult requests and DMs that came through social. Followers are pleasant; booked consults are the point, and we report both.

Do you also work with dental and aesthetic practices?

Yes. Dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons have their own page, because the consent rules and the content that converts are different enough to be worth separating.
