Social media for dentists & orthodontists in Los Angeles
Patients check your Instagram before they book. We make sure what they find looks as good as the care you give.
The problem with most dental social media
Stock photos of smiling models, a logo post for every holiday, and months of silence in between. Patients scroll past it because it looks like marketing, not like a practice they can trust.
What actually works is real: your team, your rooms, your technology, your results, and your voice explaining what patients want to know. That takes consistent production, and that is exactly what we do.
What we do for practices
- Monthly in-practice shooting day One planned session around your schedule captures a month of content: team, treatments, technology, tours.
- Patient-trust content Meet-the-team reels, procedure explainers, before-and-afters with written consent, and answers to the questions patients actually search.
- Full account management Posting, captions, hashtags, comments, and DMs handled in your practice’s voice.
- Consent-first process Nothing featuring a patient is filmed or posted without written permission. Ever.
- Local discovery Content built to surface for your neighborhood and the treatments you want more of.
- Monthly reporting Followers are nice; consult requests are the goal. We report on both.
We publish a page for each neighborhood we shoot in most: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Studio City, Pasadena, Culver City. See every area.
Built for dental practices
General and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric practices across Los Angeles. If your growth depends on local patients choosing you over the practice down the street, this is for you. Running a med spa or an aesthetics clinic instead? That work has its own consent rules and its own platform constraints, so it has its own page.
Which package a practice needs
Dental practices almost always want the Studio package: a full-frame cinema camera, prime lenses, and a real lighting kit. Operatories are small, windowless, and lit with clinical overheads that phones handle badly, and a practice asking patients to spend five figures on a smile cannot afford footage that looks cheap. Where the Native iPhone package earns its place is stories and behind the scenes content, which is exactly where a slightly rougher look helps.
Practices we serve across Los Angeles
Dental patients search by neighborhood before they search by name. Someone typing "invisalign near me" in Sherman Oaks is not going to drive to Santa Monica, which is why content that visibly belongs to your area outperforms content that could be from anywhere.
The Valley. Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, and Encino hold a dense cluster of general and cosmetic practices competing for the same local searches. Content that shows your actual office, your actual team, and recognizable surroundings is the fastest way to separate from the practice two blocks away.
Westside and Beverly Hills. Santa Monica, Brentwood, Culver City, and Beverly Hills skew heavily cosmetic: veneers, bonding, and full-mouth reconstruction. Expectations for production quality are high here, and before-and-after content carries the most weight when consent allows it.
Eastside and Downtown. Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, and DTLA practices tend to serve a younger patient base that vets on Instagram first and reviews second. A living feed matters more than a polished website in this market.
Pasadena and Glendale. Family and orthodontic practices with long patient relationships, where team-focused and education-led content builds the trust that referrals run on.

What actually converts for a dental practice
The content that books consults is rarely the content practices expect. Procedure explainers do well because patients are anxious and want to know what will happen to them. Meet-the-team reels do well because people choose a person, not a clinic. Technology tours do well because they justify your pricing without you having to defend it.
What underperforms is almost always the same list: stock imagery, holiday graphics, dental puns, and reposted infographics. Patients read those as marketing and scroll past. They read a video of you explaining why a crown takes two visits as information, and information is what earns the follow.
We also plan for the reality that many practices cannot or should not feature patients. A full content calendar is achievable with zero patient appearances: the team, the space, the process, the technology, and your own answers to the questions people actually type into Google.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with practices outside central LA?
Yes. We regularly shoot in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, and Encino in the Valley, across the Westside in Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills, on the Eastside in Silver Lake and Los Feliz, and in Pasadena and Glendale. Anywhere roughly within an hour of Downtown LA is our standard service area.
Can social media help us rank for local dental searches?
Indirectly, and meaningfully. Consistent posting strengthens your Google Business Profile signals, drives branded search volume, and gives patients who find you a reason to trust you. It works alongside local SEO rather than replacing it.
Why does a dental practice need social media?
Patients vet you on Instagram the way they vet you on reviews. A living feed with real faces and real results builds the trust that turns a search into a booked appointment.
Can you film without disrupting patients?
Yes. One efficient monthly session, planned around your schedule, often during admin blocks or with volunteer patients, produces a full month of content.
What about patient privacy and consent?
Written consent before anything featuring a patient is filmed or posted, and content plans that work even with zero patient appearances.
